🕒 When will my package be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (like new launches or holidays), it may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification email as soon as your package is dispatched.
🎥 When will my packing video be posted on TikTok?
If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 3-10 days after your order.
As creating the video takes time, it will be posted after your package has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
📦 How long does shipping take?
Under normal customs clearance, most of our packages are delivered within 7–15 days, with the majority arriving around 10 days. Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.
